Designation: 

This job is ideal for somebody having experience of catering US markets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operations:

  • Account Management support.
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client.
  • Extract and coordinate the Projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Networking and Relationship Building
  • Strong Follow up
  • Become the Reliable point of contact for each account that is required to
  • Create strong presence
  • Create trust and bond
  • Reliability & Sustainability Mechanism

Delivery Management:

  • Ensuring the swift execution of assignments provided by client
  • Coordinating with the different people in the company involved in delivering the engagement with a result oriented approach

 

Experience: at least 2 years in US market(International customer service)

  • Effective Skill Of Managing People
  • Positive Attitude & Emotional Intelligence
  • Working knowledge of Excel & Presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Salary budget: upto INR 6.00 lpa (Negotiable)

 


Qualification: Any Graduate
