This job is ideal for somebody having experience of catering US markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operations:
- Account Management support.
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client.
- Extract and coordinate the Projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
- Networking and Relationship Building
- Strong Follow up
- Become the Reliable point of contact for each account that is required to
- Create strong presence
- Create trust and bond
- Reliability & Sustainability Mechanism
Delivery Management:
- Ensuring the swift execution of assignments provided by client
- Coordinating with the different people in the company involved in delivering the engagement with a result oriented approach
Experience: at least 2 years in US market(International customer service)
Key Skills Required.
- Time Management & Result Oriented Approach
- Project Management
- Effective Skill Of Managing People
- Positive Attitude & Emotional Intelligence
- Working knowledge of Excel & Presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary budget: upto INR 6.00 lpa (Negotiable)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Keyskills: international customer service, US market
