Job Description: Your Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for ensuring that marketing plans resonate with current and potential customers.
· Establish and maintain Brand Budgets and Ideate Quarterly Mktg Plans on approval from HOM
· Define and manage the brand communication & strategy using a variety of media.
· Good hold & understanding over Digital Marketing.
· Co-ordinate with External Marketing Agencies and Regional Marketing Teams.
· Good hold & Understanding of Aggregator platforms.
· Ensuring Approval Processes as set within the Marketing Dept.
· Ensuring smooth coordination between departments within the organisation.
· Having a prior Experience in managing a Team.
· Create, Execute, and Manage Marketing Programs and Campaigns.
· Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
· Ensure and Enhancing brand visibility at & around the outlets.
· Monitoring local promotion, planning and implementation of promotional activities.
· Developing marketing strategies .
· Ensuring smooth execution of all planned activities.
· Reporting to the HOM
What you need to bring:
· Keen interest in F&B Brands .
· Excellent networking/communication skills.
· Strong Interpersonal skills
· Decision making and taking accountability for actions and meeting Timelines
Experience: Minimum 5years in the F&B/Hospitality industry.
Skills: Good Hold on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
Qualification: Any Graduate in Marketing Faculty
Keyskills: Marketing, Campigns, Digital Marketing
