Job description

·         Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants. Furnish final GFC drawings after scrutinization and evaluation

·         End to end coordination between the consultants (RCC, MEP, Architect, MOEF,CFO etc)

·         Support Liaison team for their minor drawing requirements.

·         All coordinating with the consultants as well and internal and external teams to collate data.

·         Prepare dockets of company design standards and data sheets of building specifications for each project

To conduct on-site meetings and project consultant meetings and coordinate schedule reviews .

·         To prepare project status reports / minutes of meetings .

·         Prepare/analyze information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and/ or construction time and provide inputs to agencies regarding the same

·         To plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completion

·         Superimpose drawings, identify errors and resolve them

·         Optimize the design and do value engineering at the planning stage itself.

·         Creative thinking and a strong understanding of design trends in real estate Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience as Project Architect, handling end to end design development process

Qualification: B.Arch

Keyskills:   RCC, MEP, Architect, MOEF, CFO
