Job Description: Job Details: Co-ordination with liasioning & project architect. Review all drawing received from project design architect, area calculation, Modification of drawing as per requirement. Review Arch , RCC, MEP, Façade, landscape & interior drawing. Coordination with Arch , RCC , MEP & all other consultant, Conducting All design coordination meeting , Site Visit as needed Knowledge of latest building products, construction detail , Excellent drawing skill & familiar with updated software Knowledge of D.C regulations of Mumbai, Municipal drawings, project working Drawing. (Worked in MCGM and adept with its rules is critical) Experience: 5+ years with Real estate developer in residential & commercial building. Avoid Candidates from other Architectural firms. Or people who have worked on infra projects. Interior work experience would also be desirable.
Computer Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office,3D Software, Sketch up etc
Qualification: Degree in Architecture from reputed institute
Keyskills: Municipal drawings, Arch , RCC, MEP, Façade, landscape, interior drawing, project working Drawing, MCGM
