Job Description:   

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Stack Developer, one will work on the development
of complex web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js. One will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying web
applications that are highly performant and responsive.

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React)
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code and contribute to the overall quality of software.
• Build scalable and high-performance systems that meet business requirements.
• Ensure code and design standards are followed, and code is maintainable and easy to understand.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code and design reviews, and continuous improvement of development processes.

Skills & Expertise:
• Proven experience as a MERN stack developer, with hands-on experience in developing complex web applications.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, React, MongoDB, and Express.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with database design and development, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
