Job Description:   

Looking for highly motivated individuals who can take a leadership position in taking this to a higher level.

Responsibilities will mostly include quantitative research, statistical model development along with coordinating with all the departments in
the value chain of an algo trading desk.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of research analysts in the development of quantitative strategies.
• Perform standalone research operations, including data analysis, modelling, and backtesting.
• Handle big data and real-time data using appropriate technologies
• Collaborate with the trading team to implement and execute quantitative strategies at scale.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in quantitative finance and incorporate new techniques and tools into the research process
• Communicate research findings and insights to the broader team and management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Qualifications
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as finance, mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• Strong technical skills, including expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, JavaScript
• Strong understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts, as well as financial markets and products
• Experience with low, mid and high frequency trading

Qualification: Any Graduate with Advanced certification in finance, mathematics, statistics, or computer science
