Job Description:   

Responsibilities
1  Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
2  Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
3  Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
4  Planning and strategizing ATL & BTL activities
5  Coordinating with Ad agencies and PR Agencies
6  Planning and executing brand awareness campaigns
7  Strategically promoting brand at various events
8  Media Planning and Buying
9  Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and salesestimates
10 Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
11 Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
12 Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
13 Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
14 Devise innovative growth strategies
15 Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Requirements and skills
1 Proven working experience as Brand and Marketing Executive/Manager
2 Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
3 Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
4 Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
5 Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
6 Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
7 Outstanding communication skills
8 Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
9 Degree in marketing or a related field


Qualification: Any Graduate

Keyskills:   Marketing, ATL, BTL, go-to-market strategies, gtm
