Job Description:   

Job Responsibility:
1 Mainly responsible for full Accounting upto Finalization of Accounts (60% job role) + 20% SEBI regulations /
compliances (Assisting Company Secretary from Accounts perspective) 10% Taxation + 10 % Audit
2 Preparation of Quarterly Results & Financial Statements
3 Compliance of capital market (in assistance with Company Secretary)
4 Review of Quarterly Financial Information for Board Meeting
5 Co-ordination for Income Tax Notices with tax consultants
6 Co-ordination with Auditors for Quarterly Internal Audit and Statutory Audit
7 Preparation of MIS and other reports
8 Preparation of Advance Tax Workings and Yearly Computation
9 Review of Income Tax Returns
10 Co-ordination and Review for GST Audit and Returns
11 Preparation of Policies as & when required (other than secretarial policies)
12 Ensuring preparation of financials statements and disclosures of the companies / other entities are as per
regulatory framework (Companies Act, SEBI Regulation, Ind AS., Schedule III & NBFC Format).

Desired profile:
- Qualified CA with minimum 3 years’ experience post article-ship & post qualification
- Experience of working with a Corporate office handling multiple company accounts
- Independently handling accounts upto finalization (PnL / BS etc).
- Capital market exposure / SEBI Stock broking compliance exposure is mandatory.
- Must have SEBI compliances knowledge
- Knowledge of Indian Accounting Principles and taxation guidelines.
- Working knowledge of Tally Software, GST, Indian Accounting Standards, TDS etc is a must

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
