- To support the School in raising the Brand visibility & Lead generation activities
- To manage all marketing activities & execution as per the Marketing Plan in order to Attract new students across Grades.
- Publicise the strengths of the academic & School Offerings.
- Promote the profile of the School as a whole to external audiences.
- Tie up with the Corporates & Pre-schools to generate prospective leads
- To conduct on-ground promotional activities like conducting events, helpdesk / kiosk, pamphlet insertion, pre-schools & corporate tie-ups, and other sources to generate leads to the School
- Lead generation activities through local Events & activities to meet Daily, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly targets.
- Tracking & collating market and competition information.
- Tele-calling to generate walk-ins, and to follow-up with the parents for admission closures.
- Handle admission queries (telephone/emails/walk-ins) and take care of end to end admission process.
- Maintaining all records and reports towards schools admissions by maintaining an accurate database of all new registrations, current students and exiting students.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Any Graduate with good communication skills (English & Regional language) and presentation skills.
- Target oriented.
- Sales Pitch & Building Connect.
- At least 1-2 yrs of experience in Service sales, BTL, Event Management or on-ground marketing.
- Go-getter with can do attitude and ready to work under pressure for long hours.
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi
Qualification: Any Graduate
