Qualification : Graduate (BE/ BBA) ; ( PG preferred if MBA)

- Experience in Handling Corporate clients
- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business
development activities.
- Basic Knowledge of Large Corporate / Commercial Fit-Out Projects
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- You have experience working in Interior Design firms selling "Office Interiors Design
Build" services.

Job Description:
- You will be responsible for acquisition of new clients.
- You will drive business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand
visibility, and increase sales.
- You will drive business development efforts in the region, acquire new clients and
manage sales targets.
- You will represent the company in the market and build industry network and manage
key stakeholder relationships.
- You will build a robust sales pipeline and forecast new bookings efficiently to meet
business targets.
- You will work closely with the leadership and team to complete the sales cycle and close
deals.
- You will collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for
business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win
work
