Job Description:   

Profile: 

Should communicate with clients, primarily through email and phone. You should have have strong relationship skills and be confident communicating with key decision makers to obtain business.

 

  • Assist new clients with their account boarding; make suggestions as an industry specialist, thoroughly explain Da Werben™ services, and give an overall great first impression.
  • Collaborate with our Service, Operations, Search Quality and Aggregation teams to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, and ensure client satisfaction by providing client feedback to our internal team and converting their business needs into client solutions.
  • Partner closely with the service delivery team throughout the customer lifecycle to prevent churn and ensure revenue retention and renewals.
  • Develop, manage and strengthen primary client relationships from executive C and B-level to specific account teams including business owners, buyers, heads of Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters.

 

Experience:

  • 1+ years’ experience which can include: Industry (Recruitment, Staffing, HR Tech), B2B, Account Management, Customer Service (servicing internal or external customers).
  • Grasp quickly and exhibit tech savviness; your curiosity and passion mean that you can take up to speed and have an impact from day one.
  • Relationship building, management, churn prevention skills, and the ability to engage clients on new services.
  • Implement and execute on the client lifecycle post-sale.
  • Analysing data, trends, and client information to identify service growth opportunities.
