Business Development Executive

Job Description:   

1. You will create qualified sales opportunities through engaging with executives and value selling using a consultative approach. You must be a customer first person and you will work closely work with them to understand their business pains, challenges and success factors

2. Handle cross functional roles like outreach, Marketing, pre sales, post sales etc. to prioritize strategic target accounts within the defined territory of renewables and sustainable electrification

3. Engage with the executives through out the sales Cycle to ensure smooth pipeline progression and maximize results

4. Conduct various activities and events to engage with the customers, build a powerful network, meet them and create a healthy community

5. Hit and exceed your weekly sprint goals as specified by your manager.

6. Research about the recent market dynamics and come up with topics for strategic discussions/emails and outbound campaigns.

7. Create intelligence reports for each customer assigned to you

8. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements:

1. A growth mindset, a drive to learn and grow

2. Work experience in a in a similar function. One plus year professional experience preferred.

3. Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) and making presentations over PowerPoint and Canva

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

5. Ability to deliver engaging presentations and talk about our USPs over phone/E-meetings

6. Bachelor's or Master's Degree


Qualification: Any Graduate
