Job Description: Responsibilities: Work Industry: Graphics/ Animation Experience from Contact Center background preferred
• Handling client through Email/call.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client account management
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives
• Working on post production.
• Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients and internal team of organization
Qualification: Any Graduate
