Job Description:   

•    Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development
•    Developing and implementing sales strategy.
•    Developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensuring that the company maintains a strong industry
presence.
•    Keep Informed of New  Services
•    Develop knowledge of the products and services that are being offered to meet sales targets and achieve growth.
•    Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
•    Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines
•    Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
•    Set sales targets on a regular, weekly, or monthly basis.
•    Inspire workers to meet individual sales targets and enable employees to perform more than harder.
•    Prepare Sales Reports
•    Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.

Required skills set:

•    Very Good communications skills, verbal and written
•    Languages English& one regional language
•    Analytical skills
•    Hands on experience in handling team
•    Ability to handle multiple work
•    Result driven
•    Team Player

Prior experience as TL/TM

Must have handled atleast 5 memebers team
