Job Description:   

Basic KRA:

·       Manage Travel & Hotel bookings for the Partners

·       Arrange and co-ordinate for Visas if needed

·       Be the front office face for the office, attend to guests & phone calls

·       Manage pantry and admin (stationary) requirements for the office

·       Manage the office boy and maintain attendace for the staff in office

·       Manage database in terms of petty cash, expenses, office / pantry inventory

·       Manage calendar and co-ordinate with other stakeholders for meetings

·       Help the managing partners with other adhoc requirements as and when needed.

 
Work knowledge / Experience / candidate profile:

·       Should have relevant atleast 3 years of experience in relevant profile and must have handled the above responsibilities

·       Should be minimum a graduate in any faculty

·       English communication and confidence in personality to represent the Managing Partner should be Excellent, but need not be very ambitious or wanting to work with big office / corporates.

·       Should be willing to assist remotely as well on non-working days or at night atleast when the Managing Partner is on any travel / business trip (especially due to time zone difference)

·       Should have good knowledge of operating computers and maintaining Database (Ms excel)

·       Should be highly positive to travel to work every day as it will not be a work from home job.

·       Need not be very ambitious or wanting to work with big office / corporates.


Qualification: Any Graduate / post graduate

Keyskills:   PA, EA, PS, Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant
