JOB PURPOSE:
Business Partnering, Financial Planning, Accounting & Reporting

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

•    Education: CA/ MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com  with minimum 5 years of experience.
•    Background in Business Partnering, Financial Planning, Accounting & Reporting
•    Analytical approach.
•    Improving processes so as to increase efficiency and achieve more in less time.
•    Communication skills are must, since this involve dealing with Functional heads.
•    Willing to travel 20% of the Job.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Business Partnering:
•    Working alongside business team for achieving business targets
•    Bringing insights and taking initiatives for operational efficiency
•    Build relationships with stakeholder

Accounting & Reporting:
•    Adherence to accounting policies and procedures of the company.
•    Maintaining Internal Accounting controls, follow up with Group Control & mitigate risk audit observations.
•    Fixed asset accounting and Reconciliations. Maintain Statutory Fixed Assets Register
•    GL management: system, process, Chart of accounts
•    Transaction accounting: Review JVs, accruals, GL account reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations including Balance sheet reconciliation.
•    Month closing of the books
•    Manage all statutory compliances including Companies act, Income Tax act, Indirect Tax act and others including ensuring timely issuance of accurate TDS certificates pertaining to TDS/ GST etc. and tax returns.
•    Interacting with Bankers, maintenance of Accounts, etc.
•    Facilitating Internal and Statutory Audits
 
Financial Planning:
•    Preparation of annual budgets, prepare monthly MIS for Management, provide ad-hoc reports to management
•    Build & monitor KPIs and dashboard for company
•    ERP maintenance and implementation

Qualification: CA/ MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
