Job Description: Role & Responsibility
- Co-own planning with Strategic Lead
- Deliver Innovation to the client: Month on Month (be it campaign, idea, newer medium of media)
- Timely delivery of strategic inputs, documentation (press note/release/action plan)
- Thorough planning monthly
- Guiding the team with relevant stories & media mix
- Create chapter layout for activity reports beyond dossiers to ensure team executes & presents work well to the client
- Coach the team to be good presenters of their work
- Timely mapping for monthly and weekly plans
- Update the client with sector development, crucial media movements
- Plan strategy & media mix with client & strategic lead
- Discussions on the sector, company regularly to cull out story ideas
- Create content, Media Pitching
- Set strategies for the team
- Check the drafts oversee the work
- Solving concerns of the team (if and when, any)
- Assist in cracking opportunities (where required)
- Ensure operational excellence (dossiers & reviews)
Qualification: Any Graduate in PR/ Mass Communication or relevant
Keyskills: PR, Client Management, Team Management
