Assistant Manager: Client Relationship Manager

Overview: The role focuses on managing the current set of customers and their entire End to End CRM Cycle i.e. booking to possession of the project. The role requires efforts in building strong relationship with existing customers and internal stakeholder for getting optimum efficiency.

KRA’s:

  • To achieve customer wise collection against budgeted. Manage collectibles from customers as per project timelines and avoid collections shortfall by ensuring high quality of customer interaction.
  • Single point of contact for the customer for all support matters by maintaining high standards of service delivery and ensuring timely documentation. Managing and resolving customers queries and complaints within specified TAT for subject related to Flat Purchase, Construction progress, Payment Structure, generating business from existing client, etc and maintaining customer interaction data for future analysis.
  • Responsible for creating daily scheduled reports from ERP – debtors details, collection update and various other reports on need basis.
  • Follow up with Bank customers for loan processing and fund release against the milestone achieved.
  • Constant follow up on emails for those customers who are delaying agreements and loan processing. Attending the meetings with prospective clients for additional business generation.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with internal stake holders, horizontals / verticals to resolve the customer queries. Follow up and execute contractual and regulatory documentation activities as required.
  • Follow standardized MIS procedures and SOP for all related activities.

KPI’s:

  • Monthly Collection Tracker (MCT)
  • Loyalty & referral business tracker (LRT)
  • Target vs Achievement

Skillset/Key traits:

  • The role requires the candidate to perform on boarding of clients and maintain cordial relationship till possession. Previous roles in client servicing and management are ideal profiles.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of customer life cycle process in Real estate industry.
  • Presentable, Good in communication, presentation, Tech savvy and system oriented.
  • Work experience of minimum 2 years in client servicing    

 

 


Qualification: Any Graduate
