Job Description:   

Role Responsibilities:

• Reach out to patients / proposer and schedule video appointment with investigation officer.
• Reach out to the investigation officer / patients / proposer to complete the video based investigation.
• Kick start the video meeting between patient / proposer and investigation officer giving basic information on the overall process & taking acceptance from the patient / proposer of video recording for quality, training and future reference purpose.
• Remind patient / proposer and investigator officer about upcoming video meet.
• Provide administrative support to investigation officer on appointments, their payouts, etc.
• Coordinate with Insurance provider team on data / information flow between Company and Insurance provider system.
• Download and process claim data from Insurance provider system.
• Coordinate with the investigation officer in case of any incomplete fields in the investigation report and ensure completion of claim investigation report by the investigation officer.
• Upload investigation completion status on Company and Insurance provider system.
• Prepare daily report of appointment scheduled, rescheduled, cancelled and completed.
• Drive primary metric of completing the video based investigation within 48 hours of receiving the request from Insurance provider.

Desired Profile:

• Candidate should min 2 years in Medical Insurance TPA industry
• Candidate must be from TPA background and worked in medical insurance industry
• Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi. Ability to converse in other regional language will be added advantage
• Candidate should have worked on excel and done MIS and reporting

Qualification: Any Graduate
