Job Description: Role & Responsibility of Team Lead (Individual Contributor)
1. Manual Work Allocation Leader – Equivalent to Team Lead
2. Individual Contributor profile
3. Shifts – Rotational Shift / Sunday - Fixed off
4. Work Experience – 2 years in work allocation
5. Profile who has worked in back office international process or Domestic process and does work allocation of email, or correspondence letters to their team members on real time basis
6. Checks and monitors the work allocated and its completion status
7. Maintains reports and good in excel
8. Good in analytical skills
9. Good in communication skills
Qualification: Any
Keyskills: Email Work allocation, manual work allocation, back office, MIS, reporting
