Job Description: Collect, sort, distribute, prepare mail, message & courier deliveries.
File & maintain records
Greet visitors, determine & understand the purpose of visit & direct them to employees/ concerned people.
Hear & resolve complaints of customer or public
Operate telephonic calls, record messages, forward calls by taking adequate information about the calls to concerned people or maintain call records.
Provide information about organization, such as location, departments, office & the employees to concern people if required.
Presentable with a strong command on English, Hindi & preferably at least one regional language
General knowledge of Basic computer operating such as word/ Excel/PowerPoint
Good proficiency of English writing
Qualification: 12th and above
Keyskills: Reception
