Job Description: This job is ideal for somebody experienced in Construction Project Management, interior fit-outs,Bungalows/Villas projects. Skills: KRAs: Work days: Mon to Sat
1: Leading the project and team
2: Specialist in Residential interior fit-out works, the scale manageable up to 20000 square feet project handled independent, from Site kick off to Hand over.
3: Responsible for coordination of Multiple projects with Site PM/Engineer together.
4: Understand the Designs/Drawings.
5: Coordination with Designer,and Contractors, and achieving productivity on site.
6: Site monitoring and reporting, weekly report to the client, Quality control.
7: Regular reporting of support issue resolution status
8: Responsible for executing the project in coordination with contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure good quality work at sites.
9: Site Execution
10: Establishing work procedures, manuals & standardized method status on all the sites.
11: Carrying out fortnightly meetings to ensure the safety aspects at site.
Qualification: Any Graduate
