Job Description: 1) Office Administration and Front Desk
• Handling Facility Management i.e. Housekeeping, Office Boys, Security Guards both at site and at office
• Receiving calls, take messages, routing correspondence, maintaining calendars and meeting logs
• Maintaining contact books for vendors/suppliers, renewal of AMC and carrying out routing maintenance and repair operations
• Asset Management – Managing company assets like phones, printers, uniforms, hardware, air conditioners, etc.
• Preparing indents, purchase orders, work orders, letters, etc. and maintaining copies and records of the same.
• Preparing monthly cost evaluation reports for all sites and office
• Providing admin support to all departments
• Maintaining all files and paperwork in an appropriate manner and providing copies of the same to various departments as and when required
• Verify tax invoices of all sites and office and forward the same to the accounts team
• Carry out reconciliation of materials and company assets at all locations. Maintaining monthly MIS reports.
• Co-ordinating with vendors/ suppliers for timely material management
2) Required candidate profile
• Should have adequate experience in administerial activities
• Should be proficient in speaking English
• Should have a good knowledge of maintaining MIS reports, etc. and MS Excel
• Should be confident enough to handle junior staff
