Job Description: Responsibilities: Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer account management Additional Role: Skills: Excellent in written and spoken German and English.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives
Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients and internal team of organisation
Translate mail from German to English and send it to the concern department.
As well as transalte mail from English to German.
If we have any queries while doing aditing then you have translate mail received from concern dept and forword to the client.
To do Data mining and Market Research using multiple online resources
To maintain effective customer MIS and reports.
Experience with german key account management preferable
International exposure outbound or inbound preferred
Experience in data management, MS Office ,Outlook and excel, skype calling, linkedin.
Experience of calling and emailing german clients required.
