Job Description:   

KRA's:

Responsible for accomplishing following responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization
Search Engine Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
Content writing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Great vocabulary
Strong in ORM (Online reputation management)
Manage brand communication and presence on all Social channels
Responsible for handling budget and managing paid marketing
Optimization of budgets creatives, ads across channels
Retargeting offline customers on social media channels.
Key Performance Indicator:
    a. Increase in ROI (MoM) [Through Facebook Ads/PPC]
    b. Increase in ROI (MoM) [Offline through Facebook Ads and PPC]
    c. Sales conversion through /PPC/Social Media
Marketing calendar adherence
Generate potential customer list with PPC campaigns on social media and search engines.
Analyze Google Analytics data, clicks, conversion, ad expenses and ROI data.
Analyze progress reports of our online marketing campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against their targets.

Expertise:

Email Marketing Automation   
Email templates/content   
For social media platforms and email campaigns
Website content    WordPress
Search engine optimized copy for website pages   
Create keywords and content that are search engine friendly
Affiliate Marketing   
Referral/Affiliate program settings
Design and create attractive landing pages   
GDPR knowledge for customer data management   
Google AdWords,testing and optimizing keywords, ad text   
Facebook messages & reviews tracking   
IT system's basics to communicate with the IT team
YouTube Channels basics    Experience with YouTube channel management

Software:
Active campaigns, mail chimp,FB, Insta, LinkedIn, etc., Viral loops,Lead pages,Vtiger CRM,Google AdWords

Requirements:
•    BMM Graduate / Graduate Diploma in marketing (Professional Marketing qualification )
•    2-3 years’ full time experience in executing Digital marketing support
•    Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
•    Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
•    Good organizational, project management and presentation skills
•    Analytical mindset and critical thinking
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Qualification: BMM or Diploma in Digital Marketing or any other similar

Keyskills:   Digital Marketing, mail chimp, FB, Insta, LinkedIn, etc., Viral loops, Lead pages, Vtiger CRM, Google AdWords
