Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties Identification of new dealership in line with company strategy & expansion plans. Required Experience and Qualifications Profile : 2-3 years’ previous work experience in sales/ management/Dealership/Business Development/ relevant experience Basic computer skills, and experience Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
Engagement dealership and sign MoU.
Build relationship at the dealership from SPOC to Owner level.
Act as first point of contact for any issues relating to dealership.
Strive for obtaining better deals, offers, accessories & inventory and formulate plans to increase sales.
Approve monthly invoice value to the accountant.
Follow-up for revenue collection. Avg ageing of receivable less than 35 days.
Dealer MIS ownership. Formulation of internal processes.
Dealer module integration. Work actively to get feedback and ways to get them onboard on dealer CRM.
Regular MIS to management team: Lead Lost Action Plan, Revenue Receivable, Dealer status.
Collaborate with Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Head of Operations & Management team on strategy & definition of company milestones.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
Self-motivated, Goal-oriented,Self-directed & able to mentor and lead
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
In-depth understanding of company key partners and their position in the industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi);
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
Qualification: Any Graduate
