Job Description: This job requires candidate with past experience in on call Customer handling. Responsibilities and Duties Getting the post-sale feedback from customer/clients. Skills: Excellent grasp of English & Hindi Language: Written & Spoken Experience: minimum 1 year in Voice Process and CRM(Customer Relations) Industry Experience: Preferred from Automobile Industry Work Industry: Automobile
Customer escalation handling.
Communication with customers for Service advising, delivery of product, offers on the product and their feedback.
Documentation of post-sale activities.
Co-ordinating with the sales team.
Pitching after sales products like insurance, finance, etc.
MS Excel ,Word and emailing working knowledge
Customer Focused
CRM Experience and any Additional Language Knowledge will be an added advantage
Experience 1-2 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Keyskills: Customer Relation, CRM, Customer Handling, escalation handling
