Job Description:   

Responsible to assist the Designated Partners by providing rich insights and delivering outputs of good standard in form of various reports, powerpoint presentations by analyzing data. Also, provide travel & hotel booking assistance and provide basic Admin & banking assistance as and when needed.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

1    Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents and presentation by Partners.
2    Using various software, including Bloomberg, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation applications.
3    Making travel / hotel/ visa arrangements for the Partners.
4    Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
5    Interact with external clients / Investors
6    Meeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet the Partners.
7    Provide general banking support like preparing cheques, transferring payments / general NEFT, depositing cheques, withdrawing cash, etc
8    Serve as liaison between the between the Partners and teams on a wide spectrum of the organization plans and priorities, co-ordinate and schedule regular reviews and provide support
9    Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
10    Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them or taking messages.
11    Help prepare for meetings / events.
12    Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
13    Performing other general admin duties as and when required.

1    0 to 5 years of experience in handling the similar profile
2    MBA / PGDM in Finance role (MBA - finance freshers are welcome)
3    Exposure to finance or any other analytical course work

Work Experience / Knowledge:
1    Advanced Excel skills like Vlookup, pivot, etc is a must.
2    General Admin work like travel / hotel bookings / Visa will be a part of the job
3    Excellent command over English Language needed
4    In-depth understanding of entire  suite.
5    Ability to organize a daiMS Officely workload by priorities.
6    Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
7    A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
8    Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

1    Interest in Financial analysis.
2    Hunger to learn & develop self.
3    Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
4    Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members 
5    Ability to work under pressure
6    Expert in Excel & Powerpoint presentations

Work Hours : 8.30 am to 5:30 PM

Qualification: MBA Finance or related degree in Finance
