Job Description: Candidate will be responsible to handle all the executive assistant activities. Candidate should also have experience of preparing reports. Responsibilities: 1 Coordinate daily calendars Skills: Excellent Communication Highly Patient Flexible and dedicated Computer Skills: Excellent in preparing reports in excel (V-lookup, h-lookup, pivot table etc.) Perparing Presentations MS Office tool Education: MBA Finance Freshers Experience: 3+ years or MBA Finance Freshers
2 Plan appointments and events
3 Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
4 Create regular reports and update internal databases
5 Make travel arrangements
6 Manage phone calls and emails
7 Respond promptly to queries
8 Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
9 Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
10 Review and recommend changes to our company policies
11 Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
12 Helping prepare for meetings.
13 Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
14 Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
15 Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
Qualification: MBA Finance
Keyskills: Reporting, EA Activities, Travel booking, calander management
