Hiring for Business Development Manager for Events Management Company

This job is ideal for the candidates having experience in BTL activities including direct marketing by email, sales promotion, marketing communications, exhibitions and telemarketing, client coordination and servicing.

KRA's:

1: Tapping new Clients and developing strategies, action plans to approach these clients and generating business for the Organization.
2: Servicing existing set of Clients and generating business from them for the Organization
3: Understanding the Client’s requirements and conceptualizing BTL activities that would add value to the Client’s brand
4: Responsible for Sales, Billings and achieving annual revenue targets.
5: Ensuring the swift execution of assignments provided by client
6: Coordinating with the different people in the company involved in delivering the engagement in a timely fashion

Candidate Requirements:

1: At least 5 - 8 years of experience in similar fields
2: Minimum graduate in any field, MBAs preferred

Skills:
1: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2: Working knowledge of Window office is a must
