Job Description:   

 

This job is ideal for candidate having experience in providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to chairman’s working life and communication.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Chairman;
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Organizing events, conferences & Meetings

Education/Experience

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 3-5 years prior experience of handling the same job profile.
  • Should be self-motivated, have a proactive attitude and tact to work under pressure.
  • Tech-Savvy with keenness on smart working.

Skills / Other Attributes Required:

  • Excellent command over written & spoken English
  • Deep Knowledge of Computers especially MS-Excel / Word
