Job Description:
· Define and direct the quality assurance programs, including all regulatory and organization requirement.
· Establish procedures and integrated program plans for achieving and maintaining the quality management system ISO.
· Determine and enforce quality and reliability requirements in accordance with engineering specifications, approval listing, contracts and established procedures.
· Maintain management awareness of quality issues, cost and promote quality improvements and cost reduction activity.
· Provide incoming, in-process, and final inspection acceptance for all the product of the organization.
· Acquire and develop the necessary resource skills to fulfill all quality functions.
· Allocate department resources and manage project and resource priorities.
· Suggest new quality system and procedures to keep abreast of changing technology and business climate.
· Quality of work like DPT (Dye penetration test), RT (Radiographic test), Painting and Coating of piping products.
· Handling material Inspection Reports.
· Setting inspection test plan for the project (ITP)
· Actively work on ERP

Qualification: B.E.Civil
