We are hiring for COO - Project Management for a reputed Project Execution and Management company.

This job is ideal for somebody qualified with PMP or NICMAR and experienced in Corporate Office Project Management and interior fit-out.

Skills:

    Smart Communicator
    Active & Passionate
    Experienced in Project Management, Interior fit-outs
    Relevant knowledge of Services like Electrical/Fire security system/Networking/HVAC etc.
    Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (Corporate Office projects Must)

KRAs:

1:  Leading the Client engagement
2:  Specialist in Commercial interior fit-out works, the scale manageable up to 20000 square feet project handled independent, from Site kick off to Hand over.
3:  Responsible for coordination of Multiple projects with Site PM/Engineer together.
4:  Understand the Designs/Drawings.
5:  Coordination with Designer, consultants and Contractors, and achieving productivity on site.
6:  Site monitoring and reporting, weekly report to the client, Quality control.
7:  Regular reporting of support issue resolution status
8:  Responsible for executing the project in coordination with contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure good quality work at sites.
9:  Liaising with statutory inspectors, resolving escalations and providing direction to the project team for any actions in order to prevent non-compliances at project site.
10: Establishing work procedures, manuals & standardized method status on all the sites.
11: Carrying out fortnightly meetings to ensure the safety aspects at site.

 
Industry: Preferred from PMC background

Qualification: Graduate - PMP or NICMAR
